Miso Soup, simple version

Ingredients
  1. 1-2 tbsp miso paste (any kind that you prefer. And if you are not familiar with this yet.. try the brown one first!
  2. 1 cup of sorted veggies, like broccoli, sugar snaps, and beansprouts
  3. Shitake or brown mushrooms
Toppings
  1. Spring onions, chopped
  2. Fresh cilantro, chopped
  3. Sesame seeds
  4. Peanuts, chopped
Instructions
  1. Heat 300ml (1 1/4 cup) water in a pot.
  2. Add miso (start with one tbsp, and add more according to your taste).
  3. Stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the veggies and place in your bowl.
  5. Pour hot miso soup in the bowl, over your vegetables and let stand for a minute.
  6. Chop the spring onions and cilantro.
  7. Sprinkle all toppings over soup and enjoy immediately.
