It doesn't matter if you do not have everything. Just use the ingredients you wish or that you have available
  1. Almonds
  2. Peanuts
  3. Walnuts
  4. Pecans
  5. Cashew nuts
  6. Macadamian nuts
  7. Sunflower seeds
  8. Pumpkin seeds
  9. Apricots
  10. Figs
  11. Raisins
  12. Coconut flakes
  13. White or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 165°C. (329°F)
  2. Place all nuts on one oven tray, and seeds and coconut flakes on another.
  3. Roast in the oven for about 10-20 minutes. Keep a careful eye on it and take out when golden brown. Let cool. (so chocolate chips won't melt once put together)
  4. Meanwhile, chop dried fruit in small edible pieces.
  5. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and fill up your jar.
