- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 garlic clove minced
- 1 to mato diced (officially doesn't belong in guacemole, but still nice to add)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1/2 - 1 cup of fresh cilantro chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder or chiliflakes
- Mash the avocado with a fork, roughly.
- Add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Taste, and add more spices, lime juice, or salt and pepper to your liking.
- Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, or chili.
